Leasing Qualifications

You have to meet a certain income criteria and become qualified for
Section 8 and SRO housing already and then contact the Cecil Housing Leasing Manager at (310) 497-8680 via TEXT MESSAGE.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must bring the following documents when applying:

1). Social Security Card
2). Valid Identification Card
3). Proof of Income – Ex. GR, Social Security, Employment
4). 3 consecutive months of paystubs (if working)
5). 6 months of bank statements (if applicable)
6). Current month’s savings account statement
7). EBT Card Balance

Please be advised that pre-eligibility will be determined based on the information provided. Applicants must be income qualified to be considered for these studio apartments. The income limits range between $25,020 to $41,700, and other restrictions may apply.
